Objectives of Women Empowerment Cell
- To create awareness about the rights and welfare of women among students and staff.
- To promote gender equality and provide a safe and supportive environment on campus.
- To empower girl students by organizing workshops, seminars, and training programs on self-confidence, leadership, and career development.
- To address issues related to women’s safety, security, and health.
- To provide counselling and guidance services for academic, personal, and professional challenges faced by female students.
- To sensitize both men and women towards gender-related issues and foster mutual respect.
- To organize activities that encourage women to participate in academic, cultural, and leadership opportunities.
- To establish a grievance redressal mechanism for women facing discrimination, harassment, or related concerns.
