Theni Kammavar Sangam College of Arts and Science was established in 2009 with the vision of providing high-quality education to the socially and economically challenged communities of Theni district. The college is committed to fostering academic excellence, research, and holistic development among its students. To achieve this mission, the institution focuses on:
- Offering a comprehensive range of undergraduate, postgraduate, M.Phil, and Diploma courses designed to equip students with strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

About the Conference
The International Conference on Computing Technologies, Innovations, and Real World Applications (ICCTIRA 2025) aims to bring together researchers, practitioners, industry experts, and policymakers from around the world to explore innovative computing solutions addressing pressing global challenges. Departments
The B.Sc. (CS&IT) and M.Sc. Computer Science programs, established in 2009 and 2012 respectively, are designed to provide a comprehensive learning pathway in computer science. The B.Sc. program focuses on imparting fundamental concepts of computing, programming, and problem-solving, while nurturing analytical thinking and technical skills to prepare students for higher education and professional opportunities. Building on this foundation, the M.Sc. program delves into advanced computing topics and research methodologies, equipping students with the core competencies needed to address evolving technological challenges and excel in research, software development, and innovation.
The department of BCA was Established in 2009, aims to educate, encourage, and empower rural students by providing a strong foundation in computer applications and software development. The program focuses on practical skills and industry-relevant knowledge to prepare students for successful careers in the IT sector and beyond.
The department of Mathematics established in 2009 and upgraded as a postgraduate department in 2013, the Mathematics department is committed to fostering analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills among the students.

Submission Guidelines
General Guidelines
The authors are inviting to submit their unpublished original Research article to this conference.
The author must give the decalartion that the submitted paper never before publish or under review in any journal or conference
The authors may be researchers, academicians, industry experts, and research scholars are invite to publish their research article in this Conference
Author can submit more than one paper
Only Three athors are permitted per paper
The official conference language for all papers and presentation should be in English.
The research article must include a clear indication of the purpose of paper, major results and key references.
Any one or all author(s) of registered paper must present their original research work on day of the conference
The authors are advised that prior to check for plagiarism before submission from licensed plagiarism softwares like Turnitin/iAuthenticate etc.
The similarity content should not exceed 15%.
Guidelines to prepare Manuscript
Manuscript should be in A4 size, Two Column and follow APA Style.
Manuscript should be minimum of 6 pages and maximum of 10 pages approximately, including tables, graphs, charts and References.
Manuscript text should be Times New Roman, Main Text: 10 point and justified, line space 1.5 point Quotations: 9 point, indented 0.5cm left and right
Manuscript Title: 16 point, centred Author’s Name: 16 point, centred Secondary Headings: 12 point, centred in bold Footnotes: 9 point and justified
Manuscript margins: Top: 2.5cm Bottom: 1.5cm Left: 2.1cm Right: 2.1cm Header: 1.5cm Footer: 0
The first page of the manuscript should have the title of the papers, name of the author(s), affiliation, and E-Mail address
Please do not indicate author name, affiliation, or any other such information in the manuscript elsewhere.
The abstract in the manuscript should have of 300 to 400 words
There will be minimum 3 to 5 keywords allowed
References should be arranged in alphabetical order
Authors are strictly informed that upload only word document
Peer Review Process
Authors must submit their papers according to the conference’s specified format and guidelines by a designated deadline.
Submitted papers may undergo an initial review for adherence to submission guidelines by the Conference Editor, relevance to the conference theme, and overall quality. Papers that don’t meet basic criteria may be desk-rejected.
The paper prior to review should be checked for plagiarism from licensed plagiarism softwares like Turnitin/iAuthenticate etc. The similarity content should not exceed 15%
Papers that pass the initial screening are assigned to reviewers who are experts in the relevant field. Reviewers are often selected based on their expertise and familiarity with the topic.
The conference follow the double-blind review process, meaning both the authors and reviewers remain anonymous to each other to ensure impartiality
Reviewers evaluate submissions based on defined criteria, which may include originality, significance, methodology, clarity, and relevance to the conference.
Reviewers provide detailed feedback, suggesting revisions and improvements. They may recommend acceptance, major/minor revisions, or rejection of the paper.
The conference Editor review the feedback and make final decisions regarding each submission. Authors are then notified of the decision.
If a paper is conditionally accepted (requiring revisions), authors must make the necessary changes and resubmit by a given deadline for further review.
Papers that are accepted (with or without revisions) are included in the conference program and published in conference proceedings, if applicable.
Plagiarism Policy
All submitted papers must represent original work and should not have been published in any conference/journal or simultaneously submitted elsewhere. The use of another’s ideas, words, data, or anywork without proper attribution constitutes plagiarism and is strictly prohibited.
Submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection licensed software like Turnitin/iAuthenticate etc. The similarity content should not exceed 15%. Any submission found to contain plagiarized content may be rejected without review.
We encourage authors to familiarize themselves with ethical writing practices and to cite sources accurately. By submitting your work, you affirm that it adheres to these guidelines.

Registration
Participants are requested to register using the Google Form after paying the conference registration fee as per the acceptance notification. Charges include conference participation and eCertificate; publication charges are covered separately.
